What is Lume?
Lume is a business automation ecosystem for companies in Uzbekistan. It includes Retail (stores), Restaurant (restaurants and cafés), E-commerce (online store), CRM, Delivery, Booking (online appointments), HRM (staff and shifts) and Lume AI. All modules run on one shared database, with no disconnected systems and no double data entry.
Which businesses is Lume for?
Retail stores and supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and coffee shops, online stores, delivery services, and service businesses that take appointments, such as salons, clinics, studios and auto services. Lume fits a single location as well as a chain with several branches.
Can I start with just one module?
Yes. Start with the module you need today, for example the POS for a store or a restaurant, and add the rest when your business is ready. All modules share one database, so a new module works right away with the products, customers and staff you have already entered.
Does Lume work with the Uzbekistan tax system?
Yes. Lume Retail prints fiscal QR receipts (OFD), integrates with the tax authority, 1C and Didox, and creates product cards through Tasnif. In Lume Restaurant, a fiscal POS and licensed tax synchronization are included in every plan.
How much does Lume cost?
Lume Retail plans start at 90,000 UZS per month per POS: START, PRO (150,000 UZS) and E-COMMERCE with an online store (500,000 UZS). Lume Restaurant plans start at 220,000 UZS per month, with 2 months free on annual billing. For other modules, leave a request and we will put together a setup for your business.
